03 745Li - Park brake actuator

Hey guys do any of you know where I can get a cheap park brake actuator from? I am not going to the stealership but the job is still going to run about $1230.

Easiliy replaced if you have any mechanical ability in 30 minutes or less.
Unit is located in trunk

There is a plastic gear inside the unit that usually break after awhile.
I had the same thing happen to me.
