New MF and residual numbers out this week?!?!

Anyone hear about any new numbers out this week? I was about to complete my lease deal, and I had a dealer call and say they'd do 0.0023 (used to buy rate) and that the residual on a 3yr/12k mile 550i is now 57% instead of 56%.

Let me guess, the buy rates dropped to 0.0021?

I bet that's just the residual for July, and the lease numbers on here were incorrect - the X5 lease numbers were all incorrect this month, it seems like there are a lot of errors this month.

You can always check the residual by going to BMWUSA and looking at the lease specials. The 550i is currently listed at 58% for 10k/36month, so 57% for 3yr/12k. You can ask in the Dealer forum to see if the buy rate is also supposed to be lower.

I don't think BMW lowers numbers halfway through the month.
