Bad steering mfd

hi has anyone had problems with thier multifunction steering wheel please advise me on what to do with mine

exactly whats the problem?........I recently fixed mine by adding the correct power steering fluid..Mine used to feel loosey goosey on hwy speeds...Damn BMW parts guy told me 2 years ago to put Dexcron?mercon fluid....my 7 called for ATF only..so I removed the crap and bought Castrol ATF-4 and my steering got firmer instantly ...even at hwy speeds...Keep in mind my front suspension arms are all new with bilstein /H&R combo.......I knew something wasnt right

yes the whole thing is dead i replaced the whole unit and the module and still nothing

oh....u mean the actual steering wheel...My bad!!....Try unplugging the battery and lift airbag and see if the connections onto the slipring is tight
