X1 E84 (2011 - current)
The new to the US BMW X1 will arrive at BMW dealers in the fall of 2012 as a 2013 model year. Get your X1 28i with either sDrive (RWD) or xDrive (AWD) or get the US exclusive I6 N55 powered X1 35i dDrive.

In Berlin last week and guess what I saw...

I have to say that the X1 looks much better in person than in photos. It's a great size, a little shorter in length and noticeably lower in height than the current X3. I think this will do very, very well here in the States, particularly among the urban demographic that can't find parking for a full-size SUV.

Agreed; manual transmission or nothing. My current X3 and Mini CooperS are both manuals.

Looks like Space Gray to me...

Why wouldn't it be allowed for ED? It's made in Leipzig not in South Carolina....

no manual for the xDrive28i, but there should be manuals for diesel versions that arrive to the states in 2012, i think.
