Space Gray/Oyster/Dark Bamboo

I saw the DSB at the dealer and it's beautiful...if my last car wasn't orient blue, I would've jumped on it (w/same Oyster interior).

2011 X5d Alpine White/ Oyster.

I wasn't sure about this when I ordered it but liked it when I saw it in person for the first time. There is just enough light and dark to offset the white.

I am planning to order the BMW 2012 X5 Vermilion Red Metallic, buy would like to ask what interior trim would go well the red, besides the black. I didn't want a light color trim. I would like to hear your opinions

Is this jet black or sapphire black?

Went with the Oyster/Black trim with the Vermillion Red. Live in hot weather so the light seat don't burn my a$$ when its a 110 F out, but the black trim hide my kids shoe marks.

Looks like Cinnamon Brown. Can you order tobacco without the lower half of the dash and the floor area being tobacco?

I am picking mine up today and will be sure to post. Deep Sea Blue is an amazing color- very dynamic depending on lighting. I was originally disappointed that you could no longer get Monaco Blue which I had always liked but DSB is fantastic.

Regarding the Cinnamon, the redder brown tones have always appealed to me and Cinnamon is a very rich looking color that I expect will wear well, not get too hot and looks fairly bespoke. The Oyster is equally impressive but my wife nixed it due to maintenance concerns ( read: she doesn't want me yelling at the kids all the time!).

I think I mentioned this in an earlier post but it is worth stating again- my CA advised me against Cinnamon saying that 'people don't like it'. I love the fact that it is the leader in the poll on this forum!

Last point: the best feature of Cinnamon and Oyster is the two- tone look and the maintenance benefit of the carpets and hard surfaces being black. They should really do this with Sand Beige too.

Hi Gregory,
You can either order like mine of with full leather. matching the seats. You might be able to do it after market, just not through BMW.

Hi smuggy,
The wheels are wheel # 225. they were available on the 2008-10, but you can still order them. There were Ferric Gray powder coated by a company that my dealership (Mckenna) in Nowalk CA deals with. Very unique and very rare.

It is definitely NOT Cinnamon. Rechecked the window sticker. Actually Saddle Brown. Sorry for the error. It is a 2010, not 11

I missed that yours was a 10 and not 11. Saddle Brown it would definitely be!

It's sapphire black. I've had this X for a year now and can say that I love the interior even more today than on day one. It still looks immaculate, has taken no maintenance to keep the seats looking just a nice as they did at delivery. I'm much happier with the Oyster and Black combo than the all black interior in my previous '08 X. It still makes me smile when I walk up the the vehicle in a crowded parking lot!
