Has anyone ever???

Had a set of x6m style 300m wheels bored out and installed on their x5? I think I would prefer the oem wheels vs a set of aftermarket reps but I know they wont fit.

What did you pay? (assuming you didnt do it yourself)

Know of anyone good in the CT area?

If you cruise over to the X5 forum on Xoutpost you'll find a few guys who have had other X6-style wheels bored for an X5. Perhaps they can help.

Were you planning on getting your OEMs from a dealer? I prefer the OEMs too, but over $3k vs $800-$900 is a serious ouch moment!
