Removing california emission controls?
so as of 1700 today im the new owner of an 02 M black on black
 the car originated in California and i know of the strict emission laws there. in my state however we dont have the same laws so im wondering how i would go about removing these parts maybe get a lil extra out of my vehicle ive searched around and havent really found anything on this subject kind of makes me curious why any help would be greatly appreciated

ALL US Destined BMW's are 50 state legal with respect to emission. So its fair to say that EVERY BMW legally here in the US have to meet C.A.R.B. requirement. Its doesn't matter what state the car is purchased from.

well
well thats "good" to know guess my knowledge of old school american cars is coming through are folks still taking that crap off the cars these days?

Considering doing so gives few gains and is a federal CRIMINAL offense. Not really.
