2006 M5 SMG issue

Anyone have any shifting issues from 1 to 2 and 2 to 3 gears when driving aggressively? Mine will pause for about a second and I'm curious if it's a software issue or lose of pressure?

My gears are set up for 5 or 6 for quicker shifts.

i do feel a lil delay also but not significant. like u mention, if i set the gears higher it shift quicker. sometimes i set it to 1 whn im in the city to safe gas. i know how bad is this car on gas..lol
