Cool 04 745Li - White smoke

Trying to figure this out...Service light, then Emission Related..When the car is on an sits for 3-5min it starts spitting out tons of white smoke..Don't know if its build up in cats from the fuel cleaning, or if cats need to be replaced, or possibly worse than what I'm thinking.. Could really use some insight..Please

I dont think it the head gasket as the white smoke will be pouring out all the time.

it only happens after 2 minutes on idle.

Hey all,

They may work and it may not work for everyone. Did an oil change and added in Liqui-Moly Engine Oil Resealer. The white smoke has stop after 3 minutes of idle. I would not put anything else in the oil normally, but a friend said this stuff really works so try it before u pull apart your engine. Give it a try and make u do an oil change at the same time. Hope this helps

Did an oil change.

Put some liquid moly -
