Lease deal 535I F10

Has anyone got the following deal.

2011 535I
Lease 36 months
10K miles per year
Money factor .0023
Residual .62
800 over invoice

My dealer tells me that .62 is not possible, even on 10k miles, not sure if he is being truthful or not

I have the offer above but with a .61 residual, but I read at least one person getting .62

62% is the correct rate for 3yr, 10k on the 535i. Your deal is the same as mine, your dealer is misinformed on the rate.
