Water in cubbyhole/glovebox!!!
Hi Guys & Girls!
Put my 528i E39's service book, manual and audio manual in the glovebox about 4months ago taking it out last night to search for something...... the pages are stuck together and is typical of a book that got sopping wet. It is dry now, and I can't find any trace of water anywhere. Is there anyway the water could get in there? It is worrying as there are a lot of fuses in there. The windscreen rubber trim is not good anymore and breaking of in little pieces, could that be the problem? I think the windsvreen seal is seperate from the outer rubber trim? Could it be that the AC is the culprit with our weather here cold an wet one day and 28degrees celcius the next... condensation? Any help please?
