Shifter Boot?

I want mine to look like this! I already know where I am getting the suede style boot. What else other than the knob will I need? Or is that it. The plastic pieces that snap the stock knob to the shifter broke off so I have to shift slowly and gently or else it comes off!

1.) you broke the knob, you need a new one.

2.) leather Z for the **** boot.
No matter where you go, there you are.
