Want to change the color of the car ,

I manage a autobody shop so it won't be as expensive as it should be...we've changed colors of several cars in the past and anybody who knows to do it the right way it's a lot of work... Removing doors , panels , handles , windows... E66 being a car full of computers is there any precaution I should be really careful with besides the obvious? I don't wanna fry anything or turn it back on and have a billion codes.. Any input would be appreciated

Actually the whole door needs to be taken off a trimmed as well as the door trim , trunk trim... But as long as it's all disconnected before disassembling and after assembling I should be ok?

why don't you wrap it . its keeps your resell value up and if you want to change it . it can be removed easily . plus I would do a flat grey or white . just my opinion .
