2011 128i Convertible Lease (Good Deal?)

I was curious to hear if anyone thinks I can do better than this on a lease. Was just quoted this, and supposedly this takes the loyalty discount into consideration, since I am coming off a lease on a BMW Z4.

I was quoted (with loyalty) a money factor of .210 and a residual of 65% for a 15k a year lease.

selling price $38750 including floor matts

12k miles/yr 24 months lease

75% risidual

reduced money factor of .00161 ( i am doing multiple 8 sec deposit) base rate is .00210 .

$429 plus tax 469 a month.

total out of pocket ( $725 bank fee, aprox 550 dmv and 469 payment) = 1800 aprox
and $ 4000 refundable deposit . its saving me 50 base points on money factor which is $50 savings on my payment.
