I valet at different private parties and country clubs and it upsets me when I see people who do an awful job at parking their own car

Those pics remind me of being at the boat launch. I wish I had a camera then but, alas, a story will have to suffice. Some people shouldn't try boating either! One time, I watched as a girl tried a dozen or so times to back her jet ski trailer up to launch it. A guy waiting to use the launch finally got out of his vehicle, went to hers, told her to get out, and proceeded to easily back the trailer in. The girl already had the jet ski unhooked from the trailer so when the guy backed it in far enough, off it went, unattended! She didn't know what to do. Go for the jet ski or park her car? She finally ran into the water and retrieved the jet ski. It gets better!!! The guy who backed it in for her, left her car and trailer right where the jet ski left it and got back in his truck. The girl beached her jet ski and went to park her car. I guess she must have been a little flustered cuz she threw it into gear and stomped on the gas, IN REVERSE!!: She went in deep enough to kill the engine. I never knew a female could cuss like that!

It was a valet area and I asked the valet (before parking there) if it was okay to park there. They say "sure!" I park there, then come out after eating to an empty parking lot with an SUV right up against my driver door.

My Honda Fit has gotten more dings and scratches in the past 18 months than my E46 got in 8 years.

One would thing a small car wouldn't get dinged and I'm the kind that always part right in the center of the spot, and I would park again if I didn't get it right the first time. Somehow others would take advantage of the extra space on my spot and park even closer to my spot, or just swing open the car doors without even think about how big their doors are.
