Tracking new car

Hi

Could anyone give me information on tracking my new BMW That should of arrived on the 13th/september at the showroom.This has not happened .

appriciate any help.

Recently my wife and sister both ordered X3's...indentical in options, color etc..and had the infomation they needed to track their cars from Germany port, to UK..then across Atlantic. It came from the dealer and the Client Advisor [CA] "salesman. Now the ship went into blackout after soon getting out into Atlantic as some ship owners do, and we lost them until they ported in Charleston.

I then also recently placed my own order for my 1er, and he called today to tell its completed, and he got word its in dock warehouse awaiting its ship. He said he would have the name of that ship soon, and would call--as he did before. He just tapped into the computer what he needed and got it. Then one goes to the web site, places the name of the ship and voila, the map pops up and the ship can be tracked. BUT again if the ship's owners decide to blackout then its lost for some days. NOW having said this, I do not have the site at hand...BUT I suspect there are some on forum who do and can provide more "specific" info.

But main thing is you CAdvisor can get that for you, if you request it. Hope this helps SOME, and I am sorry I do not have specifics tonight. I hope to have the site and ship name for mine with these next few days, as it begins its journey to my hot little hands...bests...
