7 Series - E65 / E66 (2002 - 2008)
Discussion of BMW's 4th generation E65/E66 7 Series flagship. The E65 generated much controversy, due to its radical styling and iDrive user difficulties. Nonetheless, the E65 broke records to become the best-selling 7-series iteration ever, especially after its 2005 facelift.

Automate Problem 730 E65 07 mod

Bought me a 730 for a week or so ago.
Have seen it fail with the gearing from 1st - 2 provides. Seems like it finds a half-gear between before shifting gear secure.
The buttons / switches a bit in the car with this "half-gearing". This perceived spec when the car is cold / fledgling.
Otherwise works fine and gearing so it should.
Could this be a sign that the gearbox is on the turn to go, or that there is a sensor that is not as it should be?

The car has just rolled 60000 km

After some more testing today, I found out that it must be the engine that cheating at a certain speed.
Oh it's diluted significantly in shifting between 2-3 for a cold engine that revs hit about 1700 omdr by gearing. This is of course not the case when the engine is warm and shifting takes place at a lower speed.
Symbol also chopping when running at 1500-1700 omdr in the other gears even when it was run slowly.

Got some answers to Norwegian forum, and them thought it was converter.

Sorry if my English is a bit poor.
I'm from Norway and uses translation software.
