New member, m3 with seemingly big problems, PLEASE HELP

So how is it going everyone, let me start out by saying hello and that all information givin is 100% appreciated.

Car: 1998 e36 m3
Mileage: 84k

I have this car from a friend who bought it off a guy who tracked it. It was brought to my house and ran fine. It then sat in my driveway for 2 weeks when it was time to move it to my backyard to store it for him. It started right up, but when i barley pressed the gas it would die every time but if you pressed the as harder to about 1500k it would run so thats all i did to get it in my back yard. Today i let it idle for almost 15 mins and the problem seemed to go away it reved just fine without dying. But it needed a oil change so i proceeded to do that for him and i started it back up, it had the same issue it had before, so i started it again and let it idle for 15 mins again to see if it would have the same effect, nope it died as soon as i gave it a touch of gas, so i restarted it reved it to 1500 to keep idle and then all of a sudden it made a sucking noise and completely died, it will crank over but wont start after a compression test it is also reading zero. and now i feel like a horrible friend for seemingly breaking his car..

Cliff notes:
-Car worked
-Car sat for 2 weeks
-would idle but die when given throttle
-let idle for 15 mins, problem solved
-tried same method, failed
-car reved to 1500 and then shut off
-wont start but cranks over
-no compression

im not a bmw guy and i am in a total rutt

No compression? Did you check the gauge on another car?

If so, then no compression is really bad. (Duh) No compression on all cylinders?

only on cylinder 4 i have not checked the rest i will do that tonight

So i finished the compression test today with the little light i had left over.

if the cylinder order is 1-6 starting at the front of the engine.
Cylinder 1: 0
Cylinder 2: 150
Cylinder 3: 150
Cylinder 4: 0
Cylinder 5: 0
Cylinder 6: 152

3 of 6 cylinders have compression which means their valves are closing, but i dont know about the other 3

Screwed... Pull the engine and either fix it or put in a used good engine.

3 cylinders with no compresion is bad. I really bet there are several bent valves, pistons, or broken rings.

The order is correct 1-6 from the front to the back.
Strongly suggest you pull the valve cover to see what things look like.
It makes very little sense you have these compression
I would take some pics of what you see because it sounds like some valves are being left open.
I am assuming you rotated each cylinder to TDC and then read the values.

Also a borescope would be a good thing to borrow if possible and see what the pistons and valves look like.

This is pretty odd and I can only assume that something broke like a cam or timing chain but if so it would not start or make a hell of a racket...
