Windscreen fabric redo ?
Hello everyone, I have a 1998 328iC vert and just recently obtained a used BMW windscreen for a fairly reasonable price. It is a fantastic improvement ,especially up here in Maine. My question is about getting fabric to recover the windscreen this winter when the car goes in storage. The rubber on the frame appears to be made so the fabric can be re-done.I have searched this forum and others....no luck at all. There is no part # through factory.Has anyone done this....I can't be the only one who wants to do this! Thanks for your help!

It appears that it's all supposed to be sold as one piece. Another option, (though I've not seen one in person so can't attest to their quality) is look up Racelands USA and they sell one for cheap. Like really cheap. I have their coilover's (reasonable quality esp for the price, and their headers that I can find no complaint about.) Welcome to the 'Fest, Ed.
