Need help in locating BMW thrust arm bushing pressure sleeve

I'm getting ready to tackle my thrust arm bushings and I'm having no luck in locating the BMW pressure sleeve part # 99-88-6-31-2-270 described in Beisan DIY. I really want to get my hands on it, since having the right tool makes all the difference for tree shadow mechanic. I'm willing to cover all shipping charges, plus Paypal security deposit if anyone will be willing to lent me their sleeve required to press the bushings in and out.

Thanks a lot in advance

If you've gone this far just to do the bushings you might as well replace the whole arm. Make sure you pre-load the bushings before you torque it down.
