Just want to know if this is worth it to order it. It looks like a useful feature when I try to park inside a two-car garage that already has one car inside.

Would have to agree with this, while I don't use top view often, when I do it is great. Have never had a circumstance where side view has been needed or useful.

I was going to order it and my sales person told me to skip it. She said that while its ok for what it is that the side cameras that are located in the quarter panels were costly to replace in the case of a accident. She also said that the cameras are located in a spot where they prone to damage. I am not saying she is right, but that was enough for me to move on from that option. Especially with the self parking feature as I went with the rear wheel drive 550.

When I test drove the F10 multiple times, I liked Top View a lot. I would have gotten it if it were available when my F10 was produced.

Side view is great when I drive out of my driveway front forward to see the traffic coming in both directions blocked from view by parked cars on my busy street. Also great for getting in and out of my crowded garage. Also good for exiting garages in downtown cities to avoid pedestrians. Wouldn't get the car without it.

I would have preferred a rear view warning that would help me back out of a parking space when two large SUV are beside me and I cannot see in either direction. Would be nice of they modify the software that runs the blind side warning radar to do this. Ford does.

I want it now! Whats the story with the funky side mirrors? They look bulkier then the stock ones.

I waited six months just to get it. Love the uniqueness. Also I expect it will become invaluable. I am afraid to drive my wife's car now because it doesn;t have parking warning and I am used to driving by sound in parking lots!
