E30 (1982 - 1993)
God's Chariot. The E30 was produced primarily from 1982 through 1991. The cabriolet was the one exception which was produced through 1993.

Anyway, back to the steering problem, i checked the joints today, it's definitely not that, they all look clear of everything that it could possibly get hung up on. Any ideas?

Haven't really driven it enough to really try and work out the system. Would air bubbles make the steering tight in the same exact places each time?

Before the swap the power steering didn't work at all in the m20. It was incredibly hard to turn. After putting the m50 in and putting fluid in, it was real easy to turn and acted normal except for the tight spots.

Maybe you could have someone look underneath while you turn the wheel from side to side, might be able to see if somethings getting caught then

Are you using the same rack that didn't work? Maybe you messed up the rack driving it with no fluid.

^ my thoughts too. hence why im trying to drive my 24V E30 as little as possible.

How did you (and steve for that matter) hook up the 24V pump to the E30 rack?? or are you using an E36 rack?

I got it off r3v. they are like 70 shipped from tischer i believe. and the mouse i have was for World of Warcraft when i was really into the game. it's a 90 dollar mouse. Razer Naga. My headset for when I played counter strike 1.6 was 75.

i'm just put the first coat of black on my front plastic bumper. i didn't even start the rear one yet because i have to trim it. both front and rear are red like Krumchev's car. haha.
