Extended Warranty

We just purchased a 2007 MB and we're trying to get a bumper to bumper warranty for 5yr/100k miles. What are some good warranty companies out there? Right now we are considering on going with ASC.

Stoprepairbill.com Haven't seen their commercial for a while, don't know if they're still in business. I think some insurance companies offer that too. If you take you benz to the dealer for repair, I think they only honor their own Starmark or whatever they call it now.
