I want my tracking number! - Bimmerfest

So I struck a deal with the dealer on September 25 and he wrote it up. I called yesterday and he still does not have a tracking number for me. When do I get my order number and how do I track it's progress?

He should have it the next day.

Go to BMWUSA.com and set up an account.

Go to Add a car, use the production number where it asks for it.
Use todays date and 0 miles.

Hit enter and the tracking screen should come up.

For the first week it will show a car with your options but not necessarily your color and interior. After a week or so it should be your car.

Sometimes the colors are not corrected for a few weeks...don't be alarmed.

As for your c/a, as soon as the car is ordered and entered in the system the production number becomes available.
