Noon question

I have the last two dash lights on...yellow and red...how can I tell exactly what that means! I checked the owners manual but doesn't help.

It means that your car is due for a service. Green lights, no service due. Yellow light, service due soon. Red light, service due now.

I knew that mich just wasn't sure if the number if lights made a difference. I downloaded the bentley manual so I should be good. Thanks for the response.

There is also a procedure where you can reset the lights yourself using of all things ...... a paperclip.

Here's a link from the E36 forum on how to do it. It works exactly the same for the E34.

Hope that helps.
