Tpms?

Hi, quick question.
Are there tpms sensors on E38 wheels and if not, is there a way to attach tpms sensors to them? Thanks.

I know my 97 doesn't have them and I don't think the newer models have them either as I have never heard anyone mention them in regards to the E38. TPMS didn't become mandatory until 2007, so any car made before that year is not guaranteed to have them in the rims. The only time I would imagine that they are needed though, is if you run run-flat tires, otherwise just check your tire pressure every now and then and you should be fine.

There are after market systems. The problem isn't the sensors, yes you can attach them, you also need the receiving system.
