Looking for E46 M3

Just 'kicking the tires' for a M3. Wife has a 2004 328 convertible. Too much fun for me to ask her repeatedly to drive her car! Is a M3 a good way to go? How much more maintenance cost?

My M3 is the best investment I have made. Just make sure you have a winter car id say. Try to get a warranty and keep good care of it. Due to the cost will be high for most things.

I bought a 02 M3 and it's a great car, best I've ever had. Like stated above be prepared for higher maintenance and/or repair costs unless handy with a wrench.
