Going thru some old pics today...

I started a long over due project this weekend. I've been needing to transfer & organize pics & documents from an old laptop to my Mac. This particular laptop was one of the very few items that I took from the house in New Orleans before the storm. Suffice to say its a God send! I also saved all my pre/post-Katrina pics on there as well. The following are a few pics of some of my rides that we lost.
The 91 M3 was my first BMW. @ the time of the flood, I was in the process of restoring it. I had it since 91 & only had 25k miles on it. I was planning on changing the wheels, seats, & making a few more engine mods.(I already had a full race exhaust, chip, pulleys, cams, & headers) It was painted 6 years before the pics.
The Wife's car is/was the 2000 323ci. The day before the hurricane we got in a huge argument because we could only take one car to the hospital(we had to stay during the storm, she w/ part of necessary staff) & she was loading stuff in her car. Well, I won the argument & we took my M3!
So here are a few before & after shots. BTW, we had just bought the house the April before the storm.

Nope. After the storm, I had way too much going on for 18 months. I sold it to a mechanic that worked for BMW. Hope he was able to do something with it. The house/car sat underwater for more than 3 weeks, & we were not allowed to check on our property until 2 1/2 weeks after the water subsided.

It was a beautiful car. The pictures are sad. You took the E46 M3?

Thanks for sharing.
