Axles break all of the time. The joint is usually the culprit.

I bought a comparable set a couple months ago for $400. They have less rash and blizzaks. Price seemed right

They're soooooo heavy compared to the k1s.

7" wide. I've always thought those were pretty good looking wheels. If I was in the market for another set of winter wheels, that might be what I'd consider. FYI: since they're 16", they won't fit over your ///M calipers.

No, it's 2 cars for 6500 from what it says. Still not the deal of a lifetime but not too bad if it was enthusiast owned.

Oooh, the second car has the salvage title. I figured the second car was just parts. Still way overpriced.

I dont think you'll get him down much lower than 2000. It's seems like a pretty good deal too all things considered.

it's a clean car and you can tell he's an enthusiast. So if you play it right you might take it for less than 2k but really, with all thats done, respectively 2k is pretty low. It's not like you're buying a beat up old 318 or an M3. I'm with Joe though, offer him 1500 cash and he'll probably bite. 500 bucks isn't a huge margin of loss when selling a car.

I'd pay $2k for that in a heartbeat. In the LA Area, most cars in that condition, with that much work and care, go for around 3k-4k
