i dont think the 540 trans will bolt up to the m52.


plus the 540 autos are 5speed also arent they?

540 autos are 5 speed but not at all the same tranny.

Thinking about this for the trans. If I'm swapping the trans the clutch would be something I'd do anyway. Thoughts?

It is funny he associates a car with bad paint, mismatched wheels, a bad clutch, and destroyed door as "fair". .

for what it was worth the 5.0 V12 wasn't anything particularly special or fast, or easy to maintain and repair, but it's the uniqueness of it that I'm after.

I personally think its a great idea. Who wouldn't want to drive naked? So long as you have heated seats and the climate was right. Shrinkage would be unthinkable in that situation.
