In this case, I think it has less to do with the brand perception of the BMW marque, and more to do with the fact that E30 owners think their cars are worth tons of money, and that they should expect to recoupe the money spent on parts & labor when modding, which is totally false.

Yea I had been texting the guy. He said a dude was coming to check it out and sure enough he bought it. I was going to fix it and daily it while I put the M52 in the nice E30, and then sell the ugly M10 E30.

Oh well.

And I just liked this one. I'm a sucker for blue 944's. Well blue cars in general I guess.

944 Porsche 1988 2.5 base $2500
The car is in good condition with 116k. This 2.5l base is an automatic and I drive it daily. It does have a good oil leak. I was told that it's coming from the oil cooler

EDIT did anyone else notice the 328 is sitting on an office chair?
SECOND EDIT I missed the head gasket comment on the 944!

Well, at least their grills aren't colour matched

As much as I hate everything else on that car, that interior color scheme almost does it for me. Shame that it wasn't cleanly done, though.

I can't get enough of the fake intercooler though

Same here. Cleanly done, the light gray/dark gray (or black) with the red pinstripe would look nice.
