Brake Squeal: 2003 330ci
Hey guys,
I searched all over and haven't found anyone else that has this same problem. Car: 2003 330ci with ~65k miles After driving for a while each day when i apply the brakes a horrible noise is heard. It sounds like those older cars that barely run and you can hear the awful squeal from blocks away. I took it in to get it checked and they said they couldn't find anything wrong and couldn't replicate the noise. This only happens after driving for about 10min in the city and then its almost like a certain point that the brakes touch is the only time the sound is heard. Does anyone know what this problem is? If it helps, heres a diagram that shows where the sound is heard relative to the pressure applied. Least {___|xxx|_________}Most Thanks in advance. Also, what would be the cost to fix this problem? Did someone change pads and not rotors? Sometimes when that happens the new pads wear according to the groves in the rotor and "sing" when a certain amount of pressure is applied to the pedal.

The word "there" can appear as a pronoun, as in “over there". "Their" is a possessive pronoun. In a phrase like “Susan and Bill's car,” it could be used to to make a new phrase: “their car.” ”They're” is a contraction of “they are.” “They are” should always be able to replace “they're.” Extra credit: It's "I'm looking for an M3" not "I'm looking for a M3". |

If it continues you might want to consider applying an anti-squeal compound. They make the world of difference sometimes.
These synthetic lubricant contains real ceramic solids for extreme performance under the most critical braking conditions. Click HERE to order or for more information. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Please let us know if you have any questions! Feel free to shoot me a PM or email. Best, Joe
