I contacted them. Just told them I was tired of waiting and wanted the issue resolved before April 1. Z is off the road in the winter and want it back on the road and not have to deal with the recall when NE weather is top down.

They told me to make an appointment and inform dealer I was on the recall list and the dealer could confirm that via VIN.
