2011 X5 35i & 35d Headliner colors...

Using the "build your own" tool on the BMW site, it appears that there are at least three different headliner colors in the X5 35i Premium and the 35d.

1. Light Gray. Used with Nevada Black, Nevada Black Perf., Nappa Black, Oyster, Cinnamon Brown.

2. Beige. Used with Nevada Sand Beige, Nevada Sand Beige Perf., Nappa Sand Beige.

3. Black (Anthracite?) Used with Tobacco.

Can anybody confirm that this is correct? And is the dark headliner used with the Tobacco the same as the Anthracite headliner used on the 35i Sport Activity model?

Hmmm..interesting. Before I ordered I thought I wore out the build your own site I did it so many times! Never noticed anything but light gray and anthracite. I have oyster with the light gray headliner.

The 2011 X5 Sport Activity come with the dark black headliner (anthracite)

I haven't seen any documentation that the tobacco comes with anything but the standard headliner.

IMHO anthracite should be a priority 1 option, rather than it being bundled only in the SA pack/model. (I think it is pri 1 for the 50i?)

On the non SA models, the beige interiors definitely come with the beige headliners, and the blacks and oyster definitely come with the light gray headliners.

95% sure the Cinnamon also comes with the light gray.

It's the tobacco I'm most unsure of...

I think the configuration tool is wrong on the tobacco. I think that if you order tobacco leather on a 35i premium or 35d, you still get the light gray headliner even though the configuration tool clearly shows a dark headliner in this combo.

Anybody have a non sport-activity 2001 35 with Tobacco they could check?
