Alignment is always a good idea. My hunch it is not an alignment issue. I would look at the suspension. How many miles and what tires do you purchase?

I did the alignment already an still didnt work. Tires are bridgestone but now im buy cheap ones since im always buyin tires every few months dont drive as much..my e46 currently has 88k bought it in 2006 from a lease return with 15k. I might think the suspension, i was browsing around the internet came up with the idea that it might be "my wheel bearings" and/or "shocks" ...how much can a mechanic (none dealer too expensive) charge me to change all my wheel bearings ??

Thanks for the help guys ......

Ps. I also just bought myself a 1998 bmw m3 sedan with 94k as a project car.

Before you start dumping money into a project car, make sure your DD gets fixed properly! I would start calling local independant shops and ask them for some quotes, get a couple estimates and compare. You could also look in the regional sections here and see what shops other people have had positive experiences with.

check RTABs... Rear Trailing Arm Bushings - that's your issue.
