Unhappy Vents blowing cool air

I have a 2001 325i and now that winter has arrived I decided to turn on my heater.

The middle vents only blow cool air. The top (windshield) vent blows warm air and I think the bottom (foot) one does as well but the middle only blows cool air regardless of how warm I set the target temperature or how high I turn the fan.

HELP!

I had some work done over the summer where they replaced one belt and a couple other things. Could they have touched something?

Have you adjusted the center vent (above the radio) ? Is the rotary vent control set to BLUE, or RED ? (BLUE is cold, RED is hot)
