What would you suggest I sell my car for?

OK, here is a bit of a reverse thread about what I should sell my E36 for. I will not bias you, it will be all facts. Tell me what you think..(or need more info).

The Basics:
1995 325i black/black
16" style 3- wheels
Factory sports package option
power everything sports seats (not M3 seats), LSD
220K miles, 4th owner
Runs extremely well and has been serviced well through the 3 years I have owned it, preventative maintenance done in all cases.

The Goodies:
-Full suspension overhaul (except for rear trailing arms) - so everything! 'stien shocks, front shock tower reinforcements, H&R springs (OE sport), Powerflex bushings all around, Rogue Eng rear shock tower reinforcements, RE trailing arm bushings, M3 subframe bushings
-M3 cat back exhaust
-Jim Conforti TMS Chip
-Projector headlights (glass, but a bit cheesy)
-Car will come with 16" BMW steel wheels with Blizzak snow tires

Condition issues;
-paint - all around good for a 16 year old car, hood could use a respray. I painted the side skirts, front & rear bumper
-Seats - leather is clean, only one very small rip on the drivers seat (fixable)
-Interior-everything works, headliner tight and clean. More or less spotless
-2 minor electrical gremlins (I will resolve prior to sale)

General maintenance:
-driven approx 10K miles/year
-routine synthetic oil changes, 5K miles
-full synthetic oil in transmission and diff
-brakes
-coolant system is good, water pump replaced

What else? ok KBB is around $2200 and some pics....

Thx for your feedback in advance...

I was gonna offer you $5000 but after seeing that you had the "ZCHEESYP" headlights option, your stocks just dropped! The average price on a '95 325i based on Craigslist is $1,200-$3,400. I have seen the occasional "I want brand new price for my 16 year old Bimmer" prices but those tend to be on the C-list a lot longer. Most also re-advertise their cars with a much more "down to earth" price. Don't get me wrong, I wish we could all sell our E36's for thousands more than what they're worth but the truth is, a good used E46 can be had for as little as $5000 or less now a days! Click HERE and HERE for proof!

ok, give me credit for being honest! I could say that they are glass lenses and the light output is so much better than the stock headlights (all this is true).

It has high miles, but it seems like it's in good shape and has a lot of work already out of the way. If it is as clean inside as it is outside, I'd list it at $4k and accept anything above $3,300.

hey, I would love to get $5000 for it... Can I sweeten the pot by saying that I can also throw in a set of 17" M3 DS2 wheels (Style 39)?

what say you now?!

here are some quick pics of my DS2's . in general, a bit of curb rash... There is one wheel with a divot? would have to epoxy it to clean it up for looks.

You should be very happy with anything over 3200, as Karl said

Whatever you put down, ppl will offer you $500-1k less.

It's more difficult to sell a car with high miles.

I think you are right, it has to go to the right buyer who would appreciate such a car.
