Lease Rates

I thought I had seen the 2011 X3 lease rate details someplace, but now I can't find them. Does anyone have the residual and money factors for a 2001 X3 (2.8 and 3.5)

Would anyone who has order be willing to share? Thanks!

It seems like no one here has this info. I don't mean this to sound disrespectful, but why don't you just ask your dealer - and then share it with the rest of us, too!

I stopped in MY dealership today to tryout the X3 (both models). What they quoted me:

Lease Factor: .00236

Residual: 59%

Term 36 months / 10K per year

I believe the base lease rate is .00230, this is called the "buy rate" and the dealers often mark it up for a bit of additional profit. The residual is correct for 10,000 miles per year - pretty crappy for a "hot" new model, but the old X3 apparently dragged down the resale.
