Memory Seat Complaint
Just moved it yo F10 forum. Sorry for the confusion.
================================== Just got my 2011 535i with dark graphite exterior, premium 2 and sport package. What a smooth and yet dynamic ride! Loving it! But I have one complaint about the drivers memory seat. I used to have an Infiniti I30. Boring car but its memory seat works great: Anytime when you open the driver's door, the seat moves back so you have more space to easily get out. When you seat in and close the door the seat moves back to the memorized position. But my $60K 2011 535i doesn't do that. Did I miss any setup here? Thanks, Jeff Last edited by jcai; 12-05-2010 at 08:31 PM. Reason: Wrong posting |

Check your iDrive settings. I think there is a setting in there which controls how the memory settings responds. Sorry can't provide the direct settings.

BMW doesn't do that. That is Infiniti's option. That is probably one thing that is cool in Infiniti.
I used to have QX4 long time before and this option even bothered me because everytime you would open the door, the seat starts moving back. IMHO. BMW has so many more nice and cool options. |
