Mein Auto: 2008 328xi Coupe
Lease offer

After much arguing with dealers today, this is the best I've been able to do on a base X3 28i (I'm turning in a leased '08 328xi):

$36,637.01 (adjusted cap cost, includes service, acquisition, heated seats)
Lease factor: .00250
No security deposit
No disposition fee
No money down (but $734 due at signing: first payment, title, license, etc.)
36 month lease, 10,000 miles/year

$540/month before tax
$570/month after tax

Dealer is being very pushy and aggressive and un-BMW like. But I don't have to like him if he's giving me the best deal out there, right?

Thoughts?

Not enough info. What's the MSRP and residual? The money factor is higher than the typical max of .0023. Are you using MSDs?

MSRP is $38,125, and residual is 59%.

Thanks!

I try to find a happy medium between pricing and attitude. If you are rude to me or family, I wont buy from you no matter what the price. After all what will they be like when it comes to service?

For 10000 miles a year, I would expect a better residual although 570$/mo is not bad for a 38K$ vehicle.

I don't understand how that works, but do you know the interest rate?

it's a pretty standard part of a lease.

money factor multiplied by 2400 gives you the interest rate (in this case, 6%)

(you can also multiply it by 24, which gives you 0.06, it's just up to you if you want to see the interest rate as a decimal or as a whole number)
