Any Thoughts on New Cats? P0420/P0430

I just bought my '05 3.0i M54/E85 about a month ago.

The Check Engine light was/is on. EDIABAS software codes say my Cats do not meet the minimum threshold. No other codes are present.

I replaced all four o2 sensors in hopes that a more accurate reading of the exhaust would convince the car the cats are fine.

Do you have any other thoughts, suggestions, or experience with this issue?

Codes are:
P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)
P0430 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)

The track shark will stop monitoring the efficiency of your cats.

You can even remove the rear O2 sensors.

Sweet! I assume it is used by racers to stop the CEL when they swap out their headers. Any chance my car will go through emissions after the proccess? In Arizona we do OBDii Emission testing, where we let the car tell the emission computer whether everything is spec.

Definitely get a good cat box. I have a cat genie. You can hack the programming and its so much better than cleaning it manually!

We have an audio enabled system.
