when rolled down it comes off track and i have to use my hand to go back up correctly. what could be causing this? plus during summer is sucks because my a/c and heating is not working either so winter sucks as well

check the window guides at the bottom of the glass, there should be two plastic sliders per window, these break very easily. there is also a metal pin that clips to the plastic guide, if these are both in tact, it might just take some adjusting. I have the same problem with my window, It took me forever to align my driver's side window, which was doing the same thing. My passenger window still needs some fine tuning.
Also, there are two tracks on the door, one at the front of the door, and one at the back, make sure it sits properly in both tracks. Good Luck
