Service Advisor Recommendation Bay Area

Recently purchased my first Bimmer (CPO). It's still under the 4yr/50k mile warranty. So far I'm having a less than stellar experience with my SA. I'm in Oakland but willing to drive. Let me know where and who your SA is and why you love them. Thanks!

I have had great luck with Erin at Stevens Creek BMW. She is formerly of Dinan so she knows her Bimmers and is willing to go to bat for you with the suits to get things done. Very impressed with her.

Thank you for the response. That is definitely the kind of service I'm looking for. I need someone who is willing to escalate issues for me when it's the right thing to do. Anyone else have service departments and advisors they would recommend?

Check out Concord BMW, I recently was in for a warranty fix, they were super busy due to that 3 series battery cable, and I felt very taken care of while there, Joey Tiongson was the SA, great guy. Quick to get there from Oakland too!

Thanks Popoemt. Glad you've had a good experience there. I can't say the same for myself. I probably wont return there.

I would avoid BMW of Fremont, have only had poor expeiences there.
