Circle BMW (NJ) - awesome customer service / parts dept

Just wanted to let folks know about the great service from Circle BMW's parts department. I found them via google and discovered that their prices are well under MSRP. Ordered a trailer hitch kit and some other stuff from them.

Everyone I talked to was knowledgeable and took the time to explain installation, etc. I have to return a product I mis-ordered, and they didn't bat an eyelash - no issues with returning.

Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Sorry to follow up on my own post, but I can't say enough good things about this place. The parts folks have been amazingly helpful, providing options for a mistake I made when ordering my car (not through them, but my local dealer didn't have the information - these guys did). Their prices are the lowest I've seen from a dealer and coupled with great customer service, I'm now a loyal customer.

My grandfathers cousin owns Circle!! Wish I lived closer to give them the business!

Their parts department ships promptly I live in California and have used them for all parts purchases so far.
