I don't understand why people run their gas to empty and decide it's a good idea to list it with the gas light on... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1994-...t_43770wt_1168
Other than that, it looks like a clean 530i for ONLY $7000!!

I know It's not a E34, but I'm looking for a E38 750, what do you think a good counter offer is. I'm only gonna get serious if i can title it.

a 750iL is not the sort of car you want to buy if its been knocked around, but the M73 engine is nice, 5.4L V12.

It only looks like a flesh wound, I only want one to swap a 6 speed in. And why do you say that about the car. I mean my 535 has definitely seen some better days, and its still fine. I guess I feel that 96 to like 04 are real stout cars like the ones before it.

It's a 95, the 95s are known for having lots of bugs.(1st year of the e38) Also they don't make 750i six speeds b/c it's almost a limo.(Long wheelbase) Actually they don't make any 7series six speeds. It's like a lincoln town car of bmws. Plus the v-12 requires lots of maintence.

Rondells for $700, if I didn't just spent $187 on my rear brakes, and $825 on my coilovers I snatch these up! If he doesn't sell them in a month or two I may just buy them.

Not true really. All of the extra electronic junk bolted to the 750 model might cause problems but I never had a single engine issue on my 750iL. No more mork to maintain than the 740iL that was in the garage before it.

I was perusing CL on my lunch break (as usual) and I finally found an e34 on CL that is not facepalm-worthy! This thing is a beauty, and is my small little town, go figure...

http://boston.craigslist.org/bmw/cto/4025249463.html

I haven't seen it in person but judging by the pictures and the availability of all previous receipts, sounds like it's an awesome car, Always wanted an M-sport, too bad I am getting married in two weeks and don't have the funds.

Hahaha, most overly optimistic 535 seller yet!

http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/cto/4193299903.html

Only 11,500! What a steal! Considering theres a couple M5's for under 9,000$ hahaha

And heres a nice 540i / 6 for 5,000$ for anyone who want to actually buy an e34. LoL

Yeah the seller is crazy.
Banking on the fact that there aren't many true manual 535i cars rolling about isn't good enough to command that price point.

It is clean though.

Being the person states to be a BMWCCA member, maybe the price is to keep the normal CL crowd away.

Too many issues to want 5k for the 540. Met a guy last night who bought a clean alpine white 540 with syncro issues for 250.00.
Offered him $500 just because I wanted a slushbox to kick around.

It should keep the normal e34 crowd away as well.. lol.

Just a Long shot at getting rich quick i guess, I say i wont sell, but if 11,000$ came walking up.. Id probably do it too.
