Dunno about that. Looks a bit like neons in the picture. Also some of the aftermarket light strips shut off when you turn. Actually saw one in the street awhile back that did this, thought something was wrong with the guys lights (turning side was off, other side was on) until I read elsewhere what was happening. This was on a different make of car but I'd double check just in case...

I would think that it would throw codes.

But unless it's bright white and they are "hidden" but noticeable when on that would be cool.

Why put something that symbolizes another brand on our cars? Its the same as idiots who gut and install halos on non-BMW headlights or ricers who put alteeza tailights on Civics.

Why do you want your X to look like a Audi? Personally I think it is cheesy when people try to copy other brands "signature" features

Meh - for me, it might serve a better purpose INSIDE the vehicle (maybe on the hatch for extra light, or inside the cabin when lights are turned on for extra light in the footwells, etc)

Copying an Audi seems to take a step backward in the looks dept. if you ask me

If there was a cleaner way to implement it, it might look nicer.. but as it sits, it looks like improvements could be made to make it look cleaner and more "OEM". I like the idea of LED, but sometimes less is more.

No!

Stick with colored Angel Eyes only.
If you want an Audi go buy one- I dont like Audi's styling.

If you could get the LEDs on the strips to run back and forth as chaser lights, you could name it KITT!

Doesn't do anything for me, but it's all a matter of personal taste.

I can buy those all day long around the corner from my Apartment here in Daegu South Korea. Its just a tape on strip that has small led's in it, most likely wont last long after the second or third car wash, and then you have the left over sticky tape.

Not for me. If it has a trace of AUDI, it stays on an Audi. Let the Bimmer be a Bimmer. The circle halos are OUR trade. Let Audi have thier LED stripes.

Was looking into this.. since some newer model is beginning to use alot of LED in front of the car.. (Audi, Benz, Ferrari, Porsche , the new BMW 6)

I wouldnt mind if its part of the front grill (the center pc grill near the fog),

The one form G-power kit is nice..

this is extreme., but

Why would you buy an aftermarket kit when BMW makes an LED daytime driving light kit?
