squeaking noise on the start up.?!

Hey everybody,i saw somebody already posted similar post, but i just cant find it for the life of me!! anyways right after the car starts there's a high pitch squeaking noise coming from somewhere where the cd changer is. so my first thought was that it was something with the blowermotor, but the noice can only be heard from pass side lower level. then i thought maybe its the cd changer(somehow)-but no. it's only going for 3-5 seconds after start when it's cold, then disappears. im not worried yet, but just curious what u guys think(or know). thanx
