2012 Z4 with a 4 cylinder turbo
This is not official just yet, but the rumor appears to be a new base Z4 for the U.S. with a 4 cylinder turbo putting out the same power as the normally aspirated 6 cylinder engine currently produces. Makes sense, better fuel economy, same power, and lower price.

I saw one of the Z2 pics previously, but not the entire spread. Thanks! Great magazine, by the way.
If they move forward with the Z2, it may require another visit to Regensburg.

Sounds like a plan. Let me know, be good to do another tour.
I'm not sure whether I like the shorter bonnet (hood) of the Z2, although initial design sketches to manufacturing stage normally change significantly. Car magazine feature some good articles. I'll keep my eyes peeled for updates.

I'm with you, I prefer the look of the longer bonnet (more of a classic roadster look).
I'll let you know regarding future visits to Regensburg. It would great to catch up....and I'm always looking for a reason to visit Germany.
