Retrofit SAT shifter for non-SAT shifter

This past week was the first time I have sat in a SAT equipped F10 since taking possession of mine. You may or may not remember that I purchased mine CPO, which meant a great deal, but also meant I had to live with the spec I got. One of the things I didn't get that I wanted was the SAT.

I'd love to have the paddles, but I'm not holding out much hope that they can be retrofit. But one thing I did notice was something I never realized before...in addition to having the nifty leather gaiter on the shifter, the shape and design of the shifter is also slightly different and, to me, more pleasing. See below:





Anyone know where to get the part numbers or speak to someone who might be knowledgable about swapping out the shifter? I know that there is a wood shifter option and I would think they would likely swap right out since it's just an electronic piece.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
