Stock N63 in 7 series dyno results: 450 hp

I remember reading an Edmunds post some time ago that they ran a dyno on a 2009 7 series and calculated 450hp and 510 lb-ft at the crank based on the numbers at the rear wheels. I am interested in Dinan stage 1, but wonder if it is really adding 100hp. Does Dinan add 100hp or 50?
