wow, such drama over a service appointment!

PS. I'd love to hear of a Porsche dealer that gives a CTT loaner...most dealers have cheaped out to Enterprise. Haven't had a Porsche loaner since my 02 Boxster and that was 5 Porsche's ago!

+1. And when you click on a Fester's name, you get more buttons, including one that says "Add Samsonitep to my ignore list." I'm going to do that right now. I stuck up for the guy before when others were flaming him, but the more he posts, the more his true colors come out.

Entitled much?

Gentlemen and Ladies:
I suggest we kill this thread. The individual's problem is far greater than any of us is capable of helping. I seem to remember a term from my undergraduate psych course that named the problem, but it's been nearly 48 years and I can't remember the name:

Was this the guy who was having issues with driving in snow?

Having money is no excuse for a lack of manners.

Yes, the one whose tires were "too aggressive."

Agree completely. Seems to happen all the time, though.

I guess the paperwork is central. Any repair to your vehicle has to be reported to BMWNA, even if its a walk-in for 5 min. The other dealer can always access the repairs done to your car. I hope you received a handout from them about your visit!

Correct me if I'm wrong!

Sound like you are more suited for a Porsche. Oh well, we all make mistakes, next time around you'll know better.

I dunno about that, sending it to you is one thing, but sending it to a man's gf that's a WHOLE another story right there.

A dangerous strategy.

I once worked for a pharmaceutical company that had their first launch of a new drug in the Mexican market, as U.S. approval was slow. So to make the launch successful, they gave a free luxury resort weekend, with all the trimmings such as golf and boat rides, to influential doctors and their wives, under the pretense of a medical seminar.

Some Genius thought a nice final touch would be to send a thank you gift to the doctors' wives after they returned home, thanking them for coming.

Suddenly the company was inundated with phone calls from the doctors' wives asking, "what seminar are you talking about?"

Needless to say, many of the doctors' were not pleased...

Does your GF deal with the service advisor?

Again.. Fly on wall.. Something just doesn't seem right. Did you discuss service when you leased the car? Did they promise you a loaner EVERY time you came in for service? I am always offered a loaner for extended service, but not an oil change.

I don't think we're getting the whole story..
